Job Title: LVN - Medical Office

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LVN to join our General Pediatrics office in Albany, NY. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care and assist in various clinical functions under the direction of our attending physician and nursing supervisor.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain and accurately record patient vital signs
  • Document patient history and communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff
  • Participate in in-office procedures and perform diagnostic CLIA waived testing
  • Prescription call-backs and maintain inventory of supplies
  • Prep patient charts and maintain patient examination rooms

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Previous experience in patient care setting preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • LPN licensure required

Work Environment:

This role requires standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods. You will also be required to lift, carry, push, and pull objects, as well as work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
