Job Description

We are seeking an Events Manager to join our team at Savory Hospitality. As an Events Manager, you will be responsible for providing effective oversight for event set-up and staff management. You will work closely with sales & accounts managers, and company clients to achieve memorable and successful events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective oversight for event set-up and staff management
  • Work closely with sales & accounts managers, and company clients to achieve memorable and successful events
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment
  • Develop and implement event marketing strategies to increase client engagement and event attendance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution
  • Monitor and analyze event metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in high-volume catering, restaurant, or hospitality entities
  • Strong knowledge of event planning principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
