Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing parts that meet our customers' expectations and adhere to our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery to wind transformers and other components, ensuring precision and accuracy.
- Assemble products and attach leads/terminals as necessary, adhering to established protocols.
- Assist in training new employees on manufacturing processes, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Support the Department Manager with scheduling and documentation, ensuring seamless operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on technical skills and knowledge.
Experience: 1-2 years in manufacturing, with a preference for winding experience and a strong understanding of electronics.
Skills: Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, good hand-eye coordination, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
