Position Summary
The Senior Facilities Operations Manager will lead and coordinate the U.S. Logistics Network Facilities Team, ensuring top-tier facilities service and performance. This includes overseeing physical plant maintenance, compliance, capital project management, space planning, and project control functions related to the planning, design, and execution of construction initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement building maintenance and operational strategies.
- Manage vendor contracts in alignment with corporate policies.
- Ensure optimal efficiency of all building systems.
- Collaborate with global EHS to support site safety initiatives.
- Prepare departmental operating reports and budget forecasts.
- Maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Ensure compliance with all operational processes and programs.
- Oversee facilities planning and space allocation.
- Prepare cost estimates for relocations and infrastructure upgrades.
- Coordinate with department heads and construction contractors.
- Manage grounds maintenance activities.
- Design and implement a strategic Site Master Plan for effective space utilization.
- Prepare and deliver the Capital Plan, ensuring accurate capital reporting.
- Inspect utility systems to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate building security and maintenance services under corporate guidance.
- Supervise all facilities personnel and oversee building operations.
- Manage maintenance schedules and address all maintenance issues.
- Prepare and submit reports to governmental and regulatory bodies, including environmental permits.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, business management, or a related field is preferred. Certification in facilities management is advantageous.
Professional Experience
Minimum of 10 years in facilities project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within compliant facility management.

Physical Requirements
The role requires a mature, adaptable individual who can work effectively under pressure and adjust priorities as necessary. Onsite presence is essential, and some travel may be required.
