As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will be tasked with ensuring the upkeep of both indoor and outdoor environments across our Office, Retail, and Industrial spaces.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing general maintenance tasks, including managing work orders and service requests.
  • Conducting repairs and installations promptly and safely, ensuring that all properties, whether occupied or vacant, are clean and well-maintained.
  • Maintaining curb appeal and overseeing turnover functions.

Key responsibilities also include:

  • Following an established service schedule and adhering to ECP standards.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving potential issues on-site.
  • Documenting all completed work accurately and in accordance with company policy.
  • Collaborating closely with management to ensure timely scheduling and execution of installations and repairs.
  • Traveling to various locations to complete necessary repairs as directed.

Building and nurturing customer relationships in the field is essential to enhance our company's reputation. You will also be expected to perform additional duties as assigned by the Maintenance Lead, Supervisor, Director, or Property Manager.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in various maintenance areas, including:

  • Plumbing
  • Electrical work
  • Painting and drywall
  • Floor coverings
  • Carpentry
  • Lock and fixture maintenance
  • Appliance repair
  • Roof maintenance

Frequent use of general maintenance tools and equipment is required, including hand tools, pressure washers, and safety equipment. Basic computer skills and effective communication abilities, both written and oral, are essential.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • 2+ years of experience in Commercial Property Maintenance or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in Preventative Maintenance.
