Position Overview:
The Nighttime Facility Maintenance Specialist is tasked with ensuring that all areas of the establishment are kept in pristine condition, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for all members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive cleaning and disinfection of restrooms, locker rooms, fitness apparatus, and gym surfaces.
  • Replenish locker room supplies as needed.
  • Notify the Club Manager of any damaged or missing items.
  • Adhere to the Lost and Found Policy.
  • Qualifications:
  • Previous custodial experience is advantageous.
  • Dependability and punctuality are essential.
  • Must be available to work overnight shifts.
  • Integrity and a strong work ethic are crucial.
  • Ability to independently resolve issues.
  • A High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years old.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
  • Frequent reaching with hands, fingers, and arms is necessary.
  • Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching may be required.
  • Ability to lift items weighing over 80 pounds occasionally.
