Position Summary

The successful applicant will be responsible for efficiently loading, unloading, and relocating inventory using high-capacity forklift machinery in accordance with operational directives. This includes managing the loading and unloading of rail cars. The candidate will also be tasked with documenting and reporting changes in inventory locations, adhering to established protocols through both digital systems and physical documentation. Compensation will be based on prior experience in similar roles.

There are two positions available: one for the second shift, operating Monday through Friday from 2:45 PM to 11:00 PM, and another for the third shift, working Monday through Friday from 10:45 PM to 7:00 AM. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends is required.

Required Qualifications
  • Ability to operate manual hand tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in driving and maneuvering forklifts in diverse environments.
  • Capable of working within strict accuracy standards.
  • Adherence to all safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Safety-conscious regarding personal and team safety.
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience operating Taylor (heavy capacity) forklifts.
  • Background in forklift operation within a heavy industrial setting.
