Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher preferred.
- Proven experience as a Medical Assistant, with a strong understanding of medical office management systems and procedures.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Social perceptiveness, service-oriented, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 1+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant, with a strong understanding of ICD-10 codes and medical pre-authorizations.
