Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team at Texas Multi-Specialty Group. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triaging patients, taking vital signs, and documenting information in our electronic medical record system
• Administering injections and performing spirometry/pulmonary function tests
• Obtaining medical records as required for patient appointments
• Performing other administrative duties, including checking in/out appointments, answering phone calls, and making appointments as needed

Requirements:

• 1 year of medical assistant experience required
• Computer literate with eClinicalworks experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively and independently with staff, physicians, and patients
