Your primary responsibilities will include performing essential software maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the operational integrity of the facility's control systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Work 12.5-hour shifts (5pm – 5:30am) on a Panama schedule, subject to change based on operational needs.
  • Possess strong knowledge of Linux, SQL, and Oracle at an operational level, including the ability to execute commands and troubleshoot issues.
  • Demonstrate experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python, with a focus on scripting and coding.
  • Oversee the site's ITIL systems.
  • Analyze business systems to foster continuous improvement, emphasizing Root Cause Analysis and machine performance.
  • Collaborate with the Logistics Operations Manager to align work with business objectives.
  • Participate in process and operational redesign initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in programming across Linux, Java, Oracle, SQL, and C++.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Warehouse Control Systems (WCS), and System Resource Control (SRC).
  • Experience in warehousing, distribution, or fulfillment sectors, particularly in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional data analysis capabilities.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement of existing processes and the ability to implement innovative strategies.
  • Eligibility to work in the USA without the need for visa sponsorship.
