Your expertise will be essential in identifying new PLM application technologies and incorporating them into our systems. You will create system documentation, procedures, work instructions, and end-user training materials. Additionally, you will conduct periodic training for new and existing personnel, provide technical support for the PLM and CAD user base, and interface with PLM & CAD software suppliers. You will also drive the use of PLM/CAD Best Practices and Standards across the Engineering team and provide feedback to management and other internal departments on product usage problem areas. Your ability to adhere to time schedules will be crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and support existing PDM/PLM, CAD, and engineering business applications
* Collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, Operations, and Service teams to understand business requirements and define solutions
* Identify new PLM application technologies and incorporate them into our systems
* Create system documentation, procedures, work instructions, and end-user training materials
* Conduct periodic training for new and existing personnel
* Provide technical support for the PLM and CAD user base
