Key Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the upkeep and repair of machinery within quarry facilities. (2nd or Night Shift)

Engage in welding, maintenance, and fabrication tasks on rock crushing machinery associated with quarry operations.

Execute additional related tasks as assigned or requested.

Physical Requirements:
Regularly requires the ability to sit, communicate, and hear. Frequently necessitates the ability to stand, walk, utilize hands/fingers, reach, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. Often requires the capability to lift weights up to 75 lbs.

Must possess specific types of vision: close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:
Field settings.

Conditions may include various factors such as:

moderate to high noise levels, exposure to mechanical components, working at heights, fumes or airborne particles, outdoor weather conditions, and vibration, as well as wet and/or humid (non-weather) conditions, toxic/caustic substances, risk of electrical shock, and working with explosives.


Qualifications:
Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience, not necessarily industry-specific.

Welding certification is preferred.
