- Participate in on-call duty on a rotating weekly schedule, available twenty-four hours a day.

- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company housekeeping standards.
- Maintain reliable attendance, arriving on time and notifying supervisors of any tardiness or absences.

- Collaborate harmoniously with supervisors, colleagues, and visitors, and accept constructive feedback.
Essential Duties

- Analyze mechanical and operational issues with assigned equipment and develop corrective action plans.
- Make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal production and quality.
- Conduct equipment tests to verify safe and reliable operations.
- Confirm equipment functionality post-repair, changeover, or extended downtime.
- Perform preventive maintenance checks and inspections, reporting findings to supervisors and taking appropriate actions.
- Investigate defects and spoilage causes, implementing corrective measures when possible.
- Inform the maintenance supervisor of recurring equipment issues and any required supplies.
- Guide and instruct maintenance trainees as assigned.
- Engage in painting and other enhancement tasks as needed.
- Participate in building, grounds, and office maintenance, including roof repairs and plumbing.
- Assist with the installation and commissioning of new office or plant equipment.
- Complete any additional assigned tasks.
- Set up, adjust, and maintain production equipment and machine tools.
- Ensure the quality of production equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatics, pipe fitting, and basic electrical systems.
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in production machinery and equipment according to blueprints, schematics, operation manuals, and manufacturer specifications.
- Operate metalworking machinery and tools, such as lathes, drill presses, and grinders, to fabricate and repair parts.
