Position Overview

The Field Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the operational activities at the designated site. This role encompasses all facets of the installation, repair, and maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems. The Field Operations Coordinator will ensure that all tasks are completed punctually and in compliance with company standards, local regulations, and safety protocols.

Core Responsibilities

This position is primarily field-based, with office time limited to meetings, training sessions, and parts management. The Field Operations Coordinator may have the opportunity to advance to a Location Manager position based on individual performance, skills, and alignment with our Core Values.

  2. Complete all required checklists and documentation on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  3. Maintain strict compliance with company standards at all times.
  4. Foster and maintain positive customer relationships.

Additional Duties
  • Assist the Location Manager in supporting overall site operations.
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and complete all necessary reporting.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing service issues promptly.
  • Oversee the proper dispatch of service calls to technicians.
  • Ensure warranty documentation is processed and credits are received.
  • Participate in mandatory training sessions as determined by the company.
  • Maintain the aesthetic standards of the location and ensure cleanliness.
  • Order necessary parts for vehicles on a daily basis.
  • Follow up on all pending estimates regularly.
  • Monitor key performance indicators for the service department.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
  • Update customers on the status of on-hold jobs and schedule as needed.
  • Conduct follow-up calls for installations to schedule inspections.
