We are seeking a highly skilled Agreement Specialist to join our team at Jobot. This role involves overseeing all aspects of our contracts, including negotiation, execution, and renewal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiating and drafting various contracts, including federal and state contracts.
  • Providing expert advice on contractual matters to the project team.
  • Managing contract execution processes and ensuring correct implementation and adherence.
  • Conducting regular contract reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth contract processes.
  • Providing training and guidance to team members on contract processes and best practices.
  • Resolving any contract-related disputes or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the construction industry.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification in Contract Management or a related field will be highly regarded.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify potential risks and devise effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A strong understanding of the construction industry and its regulatory environment.

Estimated Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 per year.
