Job Description

Position Overview:

**REQUIRED: BLACK SEAL BOILER LICENSE**

On Target Staffing LLC is in search of a proficient Maintenance Operations Supervisor to lead the maintenance activities within our establishment. The successful candidate will possess extensive knowledge in maintenance oversight, facility operations, and demonstrate exceptional leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address maintenance requests from tenants and ensure the prompt and effective completion of work orders assigned to maintenance personnel.
  • Manage unit renovations – assess the scope of work, supervise contractors and staff, and ensure timely delivery of completed units.
  • Exhibit strong leadership qualities and the capacity to oversee a sizable team.
  • Possess a solid understanding of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.
  • Schedule and execute preventative maintenance procedures.
  • Conduct property inspections to identify and rectify issues.
  • Maintain common areas and amenities.
  • Evaluate electrical, plumbing, and other systems within buildings to guarantee optimal functionality and preventative upkeep.
  • Supervise all repair and installation tasks to ensure proper and efficient execution.
  • Track and manage equipment inventory, placing orders or notifying supervisors when supplies are needed.
  • Monitor expenses and manage the maintenance budget effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager to maintain relationships with contractors and service providers.
  • Keep detailed maintenance logs and report on daily operations.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and health regulations.
  • Engage with tenants in a respectful and professional manner at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated experience in maintenance and facility management.
  • Familiarity with high voltage and low voltage systems.
  • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team.
  • Ability to interpret schematics and work with logic controllers.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $25.00-$27.00

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Monday to Friday
