The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, managing accounts or stakeholders, and a proven ability to build relationships and establish credibility with senior customer contacts. Strong project management skills, including handling a high volume of customers or projects simultaneously, are also essential. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a track record of enabling customers to actively participate in and promote the value of their programs.
BetterUp offers a competitive compensation plan with opportunity for advancement, access to BetterUp coaching for you and a friend or family member, medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible paid time off, and more. The base salary range for this role is $74,000.00 - $126,000.00, with variations based on location. If you live in New York, the base salary range for this role is $84,000.00 - $126,000.00 in NYC and $74,000.00 - $110,000.00 in Albany, Buffalo, Nassau, Newburgh, and Rochester.
