Sales and Marketing Professional

As a Sales and Marketing Professional with CGS Administrators, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to drive sales growth and retention of existing accounts within assigned territories. You will work closely with groups, agents, and individuals to assess sales opportunities and resolve problem issues. Your expertise in market research and analysis will help identify key information to drive sales. You will also be responsible for preparing and presenting proposals and communications to stakeholders, as well as maintaining product and industry knowledge through ongoing training and education.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans to drive sales growth and retention of existing accounts
- Assess sales opportunities and work with groups, agents, and individuals to resolve problem issues
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key information to drive sales
- Prepare and present proposals and communications to stakeholders
- Maintain product and industry knowledge through ongoing training and education
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required. 5 years of sales and marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Department of Insurance Licensure must be obtained within 60 days of hire. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and participate in E-Verify.
