Position Summary

As a Commercial Plumbing Specialist, you will be instrumental in our operations, utilizing your skills to ensure the effective installation, upkeep, and repair of plumbing systems within commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in commercial plumbing, a commitment to superior craftsmanship, and a drive to exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial facilities.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure plumbing systems align with design specifications and adhere to local regulations.
  • Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and configuration of plumbing systems.
  • Coordinate plumbing activities with other construction professionals to align with overall project timelines.
  • Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship or relevant certifications.
  • Valid plumbing license and OSHA certification (OSHA-10 or OSHA-30).
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy plumbing equipment and work in confined spaces.

Work Schedule: 8 Hour Shift
