Job Title: Building Engineer/HVAC Mechanic

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Engineer/HVAC Mechanic to join our team at Tad PGS. This is an outstanding career opportunity for a professional with expertise in building maintenance and operation, as well as HVAC systems.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform operations and preventive and corrective maintenance on BAS, boilers, chillers, hot water heating systems, domestic water plumbing systems, air handlers, VAV components, and other various HVAC equipment and building systems.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Collaborate with our team to maintain facilities and work on large commercial heating and air conditioning equipment.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Universal EPA or CFC certification is required.
  • Technical training in HVAC is highly desired.
  • Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License or HVAC local/state journeyperson grade license is required.
