About This RoleThe Pay Rate: $35 to $40 per hour.This is a long-term contract opportunity for an experienced IT Support / Desktop Support Specialist.The ideal candidate will possess:
  1. A strong background in providing IT Desktop Support with expertise in Windows.
  2. Familiarity with Active Directory Group Policy Desktops infrastructure mobile devices etc.
    1. Able to provide support in-person remotely via phone email or other means as required by Phaxis Technology's client in NYC.
    2. The environment consists of Desktops Laptops PCs Mobile Devices Active Directory Systems Windows Azure MS Teams O365 iPhone Android etc.
    3. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support ensuring timely resolution of issues escalating when necessary.
    4. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment prioritizing tasks managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    5. Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written verbal ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
    6. Familiarity with industry-standard tools technologies platforms including but not limited to cloud-based solutions.
    7. Able to maintain confidentiality handle sensitive information professionally adhering to Phaxis Technology's policies procedures.
    8. Strong analytical problem-solving skills troubleshooting complex technical issues efficiently effectively.
    9. Familiarity with IT Service Management frameworks processes ITIL ISO etc.
    10. Able to work independently as part of a team contributing to Phaxis Technology's continued growth success.
    11. Familiarity with software development methodologies Agile Scrum Kanban etc.
    12. Able to maintain accurate records documentation ensuring compliance regulatory requirements.
    13. Familiarity with data security compliance regulations HIPAA PCI-DSS GDPR etc.
    14. Able to communicate technical information complex concepts effectively clearly both verbally written.
