As a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound exams, including abdominal, small parts, OB/GYN, breast, abdominal duplex, musculoskeletal, CEUS, and pediatric sonography.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring proper function and safety.
  • Perform high-quality ultrasound exams, adhering to departmental protocols and guidelines.
  • Assist radiologists with invasive procedures, such as biopsies, injections, and aspirations.
  • Communicate exam findings to radiologists, summarizing results on report worksheets.
  • Participate in scheduling and coordinating daily workload with peers.
Requirements:
  • Completion of a 12-month program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or General Ultrasound.
  • RDMS registration by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or registry eligibility with registration within one year from date of hire.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
