This role charts the course, develops a vision, and implements the plan that will propel the company towards increased market share and greater brand recognition. Reporting directly to the President, the Business Development Manager will be a strategic thinker with proven hunting skills. Accountable for delivering measurable results that achieves and exceeds revenue and margin targets, this position will be capable of contributing meaningful insight to the sales and marketing functions and play an integral role in the overall development of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute national business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and expertise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business development strategies
