Position Overview

As a Cleaning Operations Supervisor at Med-Com Cleaning, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our cleaning services. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in managing the operational aspects of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct annual evaluations of standards and operational procedures for all personnel.
  • Oversee designated work areas to guarantee that services meet quality expectations.
  • Participate in the recruitment process; conduct interviews and provide training for new team members.
  • Guide, develop, and supervise select supervisory and cleaning staff.
  • Perform regular inspections, offer recommendations, and engage in discussions with upper management.
  • Compile monthly reports detailing goals, achievements, and strategic plans.
  • Facilitate staff education and ongoing training initiatives.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members, management, and clients.
  • Adhere to all health and safety protocols.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure timely delivery to work sites.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in housekeeping or facilities management.
  • A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a service-oriented field with significant customer interaction.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Organizational skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative, responsibility, adaptability, and leadership qualities.
  • Experience operating housekeeping machinery for floor maintenance, including scrubbing and waxing.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
