Role Summary:

The Powder Coating Operations Supervisor is responsible for the setup and operation of the five-stage washer, dryer, bake oven, and powder coating machinery. Candidates must possess prior experience in preparation work. This role involves close collaboration with the Plant Supervisor and other team members to achieve operational objectives. The supervisor will oversee the activities of all powder coaters and hangers, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.

  • A minimum of five years of supervisory experience is required
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
