About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer I to join our Enterprise Payment and Billing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and deploying data solutions that support our business intelligence and analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex data solutions to capture, explore, transform, and utilize data to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
  • Analyze sources to determine value and recommend data to include in analytical processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support delivery and educate end users on data products and analytic environments.
  • Perform data and system analysis, assessment, and resolution for defects and incidents of moderate complexity.
  • Test data movement, transformation code, and data components.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least six years of related experience in data engineering or a related field.
  • Proficient use of tools, techniques, and manipulation including cloud platforms, programming languages, and software engineering practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and recognize repetitive problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with team members and business partners.
