Key Responsibilities:- Pleadings and Discovery: Prepare and file pleadings, discovery documents, and other court-related materials.
- Scheduling: Coordinate depositions, hearings, trials, and meetings with attorneys, clients, witnesses, and court reporters.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange and coordinate travel for team members and clients.
- Calendar Management: Manage Outlook calendars for appointments, conferences, and meetings.
- Matter Management: Open new matters, run conflict checks, prepare engagement letters, and document management.
- Court Rules and Procedures: Familiarize yourself with court rules and filing procedures.
- Expense Reports: Prepare and submit attorney expense reports.
- Vendor Management: Manage bills for third-party vendors and process check requests.
- Litigation Experience: 10+ years of litigation experience.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of litigation, e-filings, trial procedures, federal and state court procedures, and rules.
