**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Solar Installation Coordinator to join our Ambia Solar team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of solar projects, from coordination and scheduling to communication with clients and installation teams.

**Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze data to provide constructive feedback to design and installation teams, enhancing overall project efficiency.
  • Manage and coordinate solar project schedules, allocating resources effectively to ensure timely completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding installation timelines, logistics, and any concerns or changes.
  • Assign installation teams to projects based on skill sets, availability, and project requirements, guaranteeing optimal results.
  • Provide clear and concise communication to clients, sales representatives, and installation teams regarding project status, confirmations, and potential conflicts or changes.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, design, and procurement teams to facilitate seamless project handovers and readiness for installation.
  • Maintain accurate records of all scheduling activities, client interactions, and project statuses, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Address and resolve scheduling conflicts, material issues, delays, or other challenges that may arise during the installation process, demonstrating expertise and problem-solving skills.

**Requirements & Qualifications:**

  • Prior experience in coordinator roles, including Designer, Installer, Permit Coordinator, Inspection Coordinator, or customer service representative, with a passion for renewable energy and its applications.
  • Understanding of the solar process from sale to system energization, with enthusiasm for staying up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with proper email etiquette, allowing for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments, solving problems, executing tasks, and following up on progress.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with clients, colleagues, and partners, both individually and in groups.
  • Proficiency in using Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Excel, Microsoft Office, and Mac, facilitating efficient workflow and data management.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work, meeting deadlines, and exceeding expectations.
