Roofing Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:- Drive in-home sales through targeted area canvassing and leveraging top technology to streamline the process
- Run company-provided leads and adhere to corporate policy on presentation and pricing
- Analyze customer needs and develop a rapport to close the sale
- Utilize computer or app-based applications to develop all the details for the sale and update the company's CRM system
- Foster strong client relationships through clear, ongoing communication and keep clients updated on project status
- 2+ years of experience in sales, with a track record of independently managing sales deals from start to finish
- Ability to self-generate leads and travel to clients' homes
- Technical aptitude and proficiency in CRM tools
- Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Uncapped competitive commission and paid training
- High earnings potential, with top performers exceeding $300K per year
