Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor video surveillance and other systems to identify potential concerns and apprehend individuals in accordance with company policy, local and state laws, with safety as the prevailing priority.
  • Ensure the store is a safe and secure environment for all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address potential security risks.
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent loss and shrink.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in loss prevention, asset protection, or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
