Job Title: Envista Director, Tax Planning

Envista Holdings Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Tax Planning to join our team. As a key member of our tax function, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic tax planning initiatives to enhance tax efficiency and reduce risk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize Envista's global tax position
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective tax planning and compliance
  • Conduct research and analysis on international tax laws and regulations to identify opportunities for tax savings
  • Work closely with the Tax team to identify and mitigate tax risks
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including tax authorities and external advisors
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in tax planning and strategy, preferably with a Big 4 accounting firm or multinational corporation
  • Strong knowledge of international tax laws and regulations, including US and Non-US tax laws
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex tax concepts to non-tax professionals
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
  • JD, MBA, or Master of Taxation degree
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work with confidential information
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
