Job Summary

Kirkhill, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial professional to lead our financial operations. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's financial records, controlling assets, liabilities, and financial transactions, and implementing financial policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Develop and implement accounting systems to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Direct the credit and collection function, including managing delinquent accounts and coordinating audits.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including income tax liability and sales and use tax liabilities.
  • Ensure accurate records of receipts and appropriations, and account for expended funds.
  • Supervise and train personnel, including conducting performance appraisals and salary reviews.
  • Develop and maintain procedures for calculating cost estimates, collecting and reporting product orders, and administering fixed assets and inventory.
  • Prepare financial data for government agency reports and maintain effective time-keeping procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date on new developments in the accounting field and recommend changes to systems and procedures as needed.
