Job Summary:

The Senior Human Resources Business Analyst is a key member of the HR Operations team at US Tech Solutions, responsible for providing expert-level support and analysis to ensure the smooth operation of our HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:


• Analyze and review HR data to identify trends and discrepancies, utilizing Workday systems to investigate and resolve any issues.


• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure accurate and complete results, preparing reports and results for submission to business leaders and related areas.


• Develop and execute reports in Workday and other HR systems, producing ad-hoc reports as required to meet business needs.


• Manage relationships between business stakeholders and HR Operations, ensuring effective communication and coordination of system solutions.


• Analyze departmental processes and make recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness, presenting concepts to simplify procedures.


• Provide expert-level support to clients, resolving reporting issues and developing solutions in Workday and other HR systems.


• Support mass upload requests and quickly respond to customer escalations, addressing complex inquiries with functional expertise.


• Maintain HR data integrity by proactively conducting audits and analyzing data transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.


• Work independently with a high degree of autonomy, meeting tight deadlines and delivering results that meet business objectives.


• Collaborate with the HR Operations team to accomplish organizational goals, actively participating in client or team meetings to offer suggestions.


• Manage global HR processes and associated documentation, maintaining and authoring guides for customer service or managers related to HR system usage.


• Participate in additional projects, including creation of job aids, vendor partner case analysis, and continuous improvement activities.


• Focus on increasing efficiency and quality of work completed by HR Operations shared services and vendor partners.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience.


• 5 years of HR/system experience, preferably in a complex environment.


• Workday Systems (HCM, Payroll, Integration) and reporting background.


• Experience in HCM systems and related data management and vendor management systems.


• Ability to manage and coordinate external and internal partners.


• Superior communication skills (oral and written) and excellent interpersonal skills.


• Strong analytical, technical, computer, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously and manage time effectively.


• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Suite (Excel).
