About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Behavioral Therapist Leader. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing case management for children on the autism spectrum aged 2-18, collecting data using Central Reach, and meeting billable hour requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive case management services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Utilizing Central Reach to collect and track data
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and meeting billable hour requirements
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and clinical directors
  • Mentoring junior staff members, including RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master's Degree
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams
  • Passion for client success and commitment to integrity
