Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Technician to join our team at Akua Behavioral Health Inc. In this role, you will work closely with clients to support their mental health and substance abuse treatment goals. Your responsibilities will include conducting client orientations, coordinating transportation, and documenting client activities using our electronic medical record system.

Responsibilities:

  • Support clients and program staff during shifts
  • Conduct client orientations, reviewing safety protocols and first aid procedures
  • Coordinate safe transportation of clients to daily activities
  • Use intervention and communication skills to support clients
  • Monitor and document client medication administration

Requirements:

  • CPR/First Aid Certification
  • Valid CA Driver's License
  • RADT/SUDRC certification
  • Current Health Screen
  • TB Clearance
  • High School Diploma and at least 1 year of experience in a behavioral healthcare setting
