A Senior Medical Care Professional is required to join Abode Care Partners, providing high-quality medical care to seniors and individuals with complex needs. The role involves delivering evidence-based medical services, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining up-to-date patient records.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) and at least two years of nurse practitioner experience. They should possess strong interpersonal communication skills, be proficient in medical instruments and equipment, and have knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based medical care by planning, directing, and evaluating patient medical needs
- Examine and treat chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, accidents, and other injuries or illnesses
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed
- Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals in providing interdisciplinary care and maintaining a comprehensive plan of care
- Provide referrals to other healthcare practitioners when necessary
- Maintain patient medical records
This position offers a competitive salary of $90,000 - $108,000 per year, plus a range of benefits including paid time off, 401(k) retirement savings plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and life insurance.
