  • Medication Administration: Our LPNs are responsible for the administration of medications to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Direct Care and Service: You will provide direct care and service to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities and promoting their overall health and well-being.
  • Teaching and Wellness Counseling: As an LPN, you will have the opportunity to teach and counsel residents on various wellness topics, including healthy living and disease prevention.
  • Health Promotion: Our LPNs play a key role in promoting the health and wellness of our residents, including developing and implementing health promotion programs.
  • Participation in Assessments: Under the supervision of our Resident Services Director (RN), you will participate in assessments of our residents, ensuring their needs are met and their health is optimized.

Requirements:

  • Licensure: Currently licensed to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of CT.
  • Experience: A minimum of two years of full-time or full-time equivalent clinical experience.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
