Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Director to join our fast-growing Home Health Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all direct and indirect patient services provided by clinical organization personnel. This includes coordinating referrals, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized plans of care. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safe delivery of home health services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess a Registered Nurse/PT/OT/SLP with current licensure or a licensed physician in the state. A degree in Medicine or a professional degree from an accredited program is also required. Additionally, you should have three years of management experience in a home health or related healthcare organization. Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional administrative personnel, market and deal tactfully with customers and the community, and excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills are essential.
