Security Account Manager

As a seasoned security professional, we are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at American Security & Investigations. This role will involve serving as the primary point of contact for a high-profile commercial property in Brooklyn Park, MN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client representatives and other stakeholders to ensure seamless site operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the guard force to meet or exceed client expectations.
- Train, develop, and mentor Security Officers to provide quality service and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Participate in the employee onboarding process, including interviewing and selecting candidates that meet the required qualifications and skills.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of security experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a proven track record of client success.
- Ability to be flexible and available 24/7 to address issues as they arise.
- Policy development and training experience preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office products and site-specific security programs.
