Job Title: Inside Sales Account Manager

Paladin Technologies is a leading provider of complex systems integration services, and we are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on leads to ensure timely and accurate responses.
  • Assist customers' needs and recommend appropriate services to meet their requirements.
  • Work with designers to provide estimates and quotations for security and other technologies.
  • Process customer orders and sales contracts in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare takeoffs by collaborating with various internal departments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Responsible for getting client approvals and supporting team members with sales efforts.
  • Work collaboratively with Operations, IT, Engineering, and other corporate departments to drive success.
  • Support interaction and contact with customers requiring services, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Propose and present new solutions for security, integrated systems technologies, and AV to customers.
  • Follow up on all sales leads and maintain system, opportunities, and forecasting to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers and team members, possessing a positive attitude, self-motivation, and a commitment to quality.
Qualifications:
  • Strong computer skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and project/quoting software.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with alarms and/or integrated systems.
  • Experience in a technical sales role, producing quotes, estimates, and project design would be an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills.
  • Education or experience in electronics, electrical, or equivalent would be considered an asset.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and work with multiple deadlines.
