Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute relationship plans to achieve revenue growth and portfolio profitability
- Present product solutions to client needs and provide responsive, quality service
- Approve transactions within delegated authority and manage overall relationship profitability and portfolio risk
- Identify and promote solutions to customer needs and maintain an active calling program
- Work with customers and develop prospects consistent with the credit culture of the bank
- Develop relationships and support other CNB departments and colleagues to provide customers and prospects with solutions
- Participate in internal and external community activities as a representative of CNB
- Prepare relationship plans and calling schedules for each client or prospect
- Identify business opportunities and solicit referrals of other Bank products or services
- Develop a strong understanding of company, industry, business, and needs to assist in customer calling efforts
- Negotiate transactions and price loan products within targeted rate of return
- Exercise sound credit and risk judgment in approving transactions
- Represent the Bank by actively participating in outside civic and community affairs, business, and industry-related organizations
- Interface with other Bank departments as necessary
- Monitor and analyze relationship results and account activities
- Determine client profitability and make recommendations regarding accounts to be further developed or eliminated
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of lending experience required
- Minimum 5 years of credit experience required
- Good understanding of all products and services applicable to target client segment
- Good knowledge of commercial credit policies and procedures, and bank operations policies and procedures
- Demonstrated sales and marketing abilities
- Good credit analysis and accounting skills
- Capable of working well independently and in teams
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong demonstrated sales and marketing abilities including cross-selling skills
- Superior client relationship skills
