Medical Assistant

The Medical Assistant plays a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our dynamic healthcare environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional clinical support to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients warmly and provide clear communication regarding wait times and the treatment process
• Utilize problem-solving skills to address patient concerns and seek assistance when necessary
• Execute follow-up calls with a sense of urgency and provide solutions to patient problems
• Assist front desk personnel with patient check-in and check-out procedures as needed
• Obtain and accurately document patient vital signs, medical history, and other relevant information
• Assist with patient transfers and procedures directly supervised by the provider
• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and adhere to established clinical and regulatory procedures for patient safety and care
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred
• Medical Assistant Certificate and ARRT certification preferred
