Job Summary: IDR, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Chargeback Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a Chargeback Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for researching, initiating, and responding to credit card chargebacks and retrieval requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze documentation to determine chargeback eligibility and identify potential issues.
  • Collect and prepare additional documentation as needed to support chargeback cases.
  • Process chargebacks and rebuttals, including issuing credits or debits, and communicate with internal teams and customers about case statuses.
  • Report fraud and escalate processing issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Reg E and Reg Z reason codes and a strong understanding of bankcard association transactions processing and chargeback rules.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple chargeback cases simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with internal teams and customers.
