Key Responsibilities:

The primary goal of the Public Areas Attendant role is to ensure that all public spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. The individual in this position will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our guests while upholding the values and standards of our establishment.

  • Warmly greet and engage with guests and colleagues, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Safeguard guest privacy and confidentiality, ensuring a respectful environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring satisfaction and comfort.
  • Log and communicate guest feedback and requests to appropriate departments.
  • Adhere to all safety and security protocols, reporting any incidents or concerns immediately.
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance in accordance with company standards.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance service delivery.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall guest experience.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or service-oriented role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

Work Environment:

The work environment is dynamic and requires adaptability to changing priorities and guest needs. Team members should be comfortable working in shared spaces and be prepared for a fast-paced atmosphere.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this role, the individual may be required to stand, walk, and lift items up to 10 lbs. for extended periods. Flexibility and stamina are essential for success in this position.
