Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Lot Attendant to maintain our dealership's vehicle inventory and lot. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for receiving and inspecting new shipments, ensuring all accessories are included, and moving and arranging vehicles to optimize space.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Individuals with friendly and outgoing personalities
  • Possess strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient with driving manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Ability to learn new software
  • Ensuring the lot is organized, clean, and free from trash, litter, and debris
  • Arranging and parking vehicles in designated lot areas
  • Taking pictures of vehicle inventory
  • Using software to build vehicle descriptions
  • Marketing new and used vehicles
  • Guaranteeing dealership license plate frames are affixed to vehicles
  • Checking new vehicles are displaying factory and addendum stickers, and selling price
  • Overseeing and maintaining keys
  • Replacing sold vehicles and empty spaces with new inventory, and ensuring most marketable vehicles are put on display first
  • Informing supervisor of issues as they arise
  • Assisting the sales team as needed
  • Complying with all company policies and procedures
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record is required
  • Other duties as assigned by managers
  • High school diploma or equivalent
