Job Summary

Amentum is seeking a highly skilled Total Ship Readiness Assessment Specialist to support our Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) Code 210 customer at Naval Station Norfolk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain MARMC Surface TSRA Metrics: Ensure accurate and up-to-date metrics for C210, including research and analysis of technical requirements.
  • Prepare Draft MARMC Letters: Develop draft letters for C210 Mandatory Technical Requirements (MTRs) and other related documents.
  • Manage TSRA End-of-Visit Database Tracker: Maintain a comprehensive database of 2-Kilos, parts, CSMP, CMP, CKs, and training for C211 TSRA end-of-visit.
  • Track Pre-requisite and End-of-Visit Messages: Monitor and track pre-requisite and end-of-visit messages, TSRA in-briefs and out-briefs, TSRA schedule changes, AD TSRA close-out events, jobs in Fleet Technical Support (FTS), initial Master Assessment Index (MAI) recommendation, preliminary and final tech-assist files, and preliminary and final AD Integrated Class Maintenance Plan (ICMP) reports.
  • Distribute Preliminary Schedule of Events: Provide a preliminary schedule of events to stakeholders.
  • Provide TSRA VST Support Program Data Expertise: Offer data expertise to C211 on TSRA VST support program.
  • Support CNRMC: Distribute weekly TSRA Program SITREP and supply metrics for audits and other data calls as requested.
Requirements
  • Current or Recent Experience: Must have current or recent experience (within two [2] years) in a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to utilize computers, databases, and software applications including Microsoft Office Suite for compiling information for reports and history files.
  • Communication Skills: Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Database Management Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of database management experience.
  • Surface TSRA and/or CMP Experience: Minimum of three (3) years' experience in support of the surface TSRA and/or CMP processes.
  • Report Generation: Must be able to generate and compile reports, charts, and tables based on established statistical methods.
  • Clearance: Must have an active secret US government clearance. Note: US citizenship is required to maintain a secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Navy Combat Systems and/or Hull, Mechanical & Electrical (HM&E) Systems: Familiarity with Navy Combat Systems and/or Hull, Mechanical & Electrical (HM&E) Systems and equipment.
