Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Expeditionary Combat Readiness Center (ECRC) Family Readiness Coordinator to join our team.

As the ECRC Family Readiness Coordinator, you will manage and support various programs related to family readiness, including Volunteer, Ombudsmen, and Family Readiness Group (FRG) programs. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining training materials, providing technical support, and conducting mission analysis to ensure the effective delivery of services to IA families.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support the Volunteer, Ombudsmen, and Family Readiness Group (FRG) programs, including coordinating training and maintaining bylaws and volunteer position descriptions.
Conduct mission analysis to support IA members and their families throughout the deployment process.
Develop and maintain IA support documents, including the IA Handbook and CIAC training materials.
Liaise with Navy IA family support entities and ensure personnel accountability during emergency responses.
Act as the point of contact for Navy IA families through the ECRC Family Readiness 24-7 Family Careline and email accounts.
Collect, maintain, and disseminate data on Navy families to ensure effective support.
Implement studies to assess productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency of Family Readiness Program operations.
Provide technical support and coordination for ECRC Family Readiness training and informational briefs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in education, human/social services, or a related field OR four years of equivalent experience in social service education or family life consultation.
Minimum of two years' experience managing or coordinating social service education programs.
Strong knowledge of family readiness program management and support.
