About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Aide to join our team at Cascadia Health. As a Mental Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing individualized support and care to our residents, helping them achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor individualized treatment plans, providing therapeutic interventions and support in areas such as self-care, hygiene, community resources, and life skills.
  • Facilitate therapeutic groups, contribute to clinical case conferences, and assist in daily operations that enhance our residents' quality of life.
  • Provide individual and group skill training and therapeutic interventions, as well as participate in meal preparation and household chores to maintain a healthy living environment.
  • Accompany residents to community outings and medical appointments, and collaborate on therapeutic treatment plans to ensure smooth program operation.
  • Adhere to regulations and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant facility.
