Role:

As a skilled Mental Health Support Specialist, you will build rapport with clients (children and adolescents) and provide daily support and structure. Your primary goal is to help clients learn to manage their mental health symptoms through skills training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support and structure to clients
  • Build rapport with clients and their families
  • Deliver skills training to help clients manage mental health symptoms
  • Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Basic computer knowledge for electronic record keeping
  • Experience working in a psychiatric/behavioral health treatment facility a plus
