About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Direct Support Specialist to join our team. As a Direct Support Specialist, you will work closely with individuals with persistent mental illness to help them live in and succeed in their community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build ADL/iADL skills to help clients maintain their highest level of independence
  • Work with clients to fully engage with their community and become aware of other community supports
  • Provide clients with consistent and dependable service that builds their confidence in their own independent living skills

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience working with individuals with mental health conditions preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
